Whether you've never put on a boxing glove or you've been training for years, everyone is welcome. The trainer adapts to your level, so you get exactly the attention and challenge that suits you.
Kickboxing truly works your entire body. In a single class you train cardio, explosive power, core stability, coordination and mental focus. After a long working day, a good kickboxing class feels like therapy.
A class lasts 60 minutes. A solid warm-up, 15 to 20 minutes of technique on one or two combinations, followed by bag work, pad work or technical sparring. We finish with conditioning and a proper cool-down.
Sparring is never mandatory with us. Want to grow into it? Then we build it up slowly, with plenty of control, light contact and protective gear. Many members train for years without sparring and still become technically strong.
