Sessions can be booked one at a time, in packages of 5 or 10, or as an ongoing membership.
Step 3. Start. You can book your first session straight away.
We review every 4 to 6 weeks whether we're still on track and adjust the plan as needed.

The price depends on session frequency and package size. Packages of 5 or 10 sessions work out cheaper per hour than individual sessions.

No. Personal training is actually a great fit for beginners: you learn the right technique from the start, without building bad habits. For more advanced athletes we work on specific goals.
It depends on your goal. For general fitness, 1 to 2 PT sessions per week work well, optionally topped up with your own training.
For a serious transformation: 2 to 4 sessions per week. We'll discuss this at the intake.
Yes, that often works really well. A popular combo: 1 PT session per week (for strength/technique) plus 1 or 2 kickboxing or Full Body Workout classes per week for conditioning and variety.
Indirectly: we're happy to follow the advice and progression schemes from your physio or sports doctor.
For rehab training we always ask for the green light from a practitioner before we begin. Safety comes first.
