Want to take your kickboxing technique to the next level? 1-on-1 with the trainer means faster progress on combinations, timing and movement.

Easing back into training carefully after an injury or surgery. We work alongside your physio/sports doctor to build a safe progression programme.

How does it work?

Step 1. Intake (free). We discuss your goals, experience and any injuries. 30 minutes. No obligation.

Step 2. Plan & price. Within a few days you'll receive a draft plan and a clear quote.

Sessions can be booked one at a time, in packages of 5 or 10, or as an ongoing membership.

Step 3. Start. You can book your first session straight away.

We review every 4 to 6 weeks whether we're still on track and adjust the plan as needed.

No long lock-ins. Want to stop? You can after any package.
