An intense 60-minute group class that combines strength, cardio and mobility. Every major muscle group in a single workout.
This class is for anyone who wants to train efficiently without spending hours in the gym. Instead of working through isolated machines or endless cardio, you get a warm-up, strength exercises, a conditioning circuit and a finisher in one guided session.
For most people, full body works better than split training. With 1 to 3 sessions per week, you hit every muscle group every session. That means more recovery stimulus, more calorie burn and faster results in fitness and fat loss.
A typical class opens with 10 minutes of mobility. Then three blocks of 12 to 15 minutes: strength focus (squats, push-ups, deadlift variations), conditioning focus (sprint intervals, burpees, kettlebell swings) and a challenging finisher. We wrap up with stretching and a cool-down.
The trainer watches, corrects and motivates throughout. Every exercise has alternatives, whether you're recovering from an injury, just starting out or hungry for extra challenge. Everyone trains at their own level within the shared class.
